Food experience

We organize food events and cooking classes, aimed at the promotion of the territory and its traditional dishes, in a multi-sensory experience.
It is Sicilian Street Food that gives inspiration to some of our dishes, revisited and replicated by our Chef Claudio, such as fritters, arancini, the sfincionello, meatballs, tripe, stigliole, crunchy dromes, vegetables in batter and boiled sheep.
